Having been a customer of Bourne End Jewellers for a number of years, I can confirm that I’ve never been anything short of delighted with a) their service; b) their attention to detail (and my needs/desires); c) their honesty and trustworthiness and; d) their extremely high standards of workmanship (when completing repairs/maintenance work).

One of my particular ‘likes’ is the fact that many of the highly qualified and caring goldsmiths/silversmiths are female and their attention to detail is extemporary.

On a final note: I’ve never felt as though I’ve been over-charged (whatever the reason for my visit) instead I have always felt that I have received very ‘value for money’.
